Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
verehrte Kollegen,

ARGE ist froh, dass unser Generalsekretär Alfred Scheurer die Umgebung Interlaken als seinen Wohnsitz übernommen hat. Wir haben Glück, in der Lage zu sein, an diesem schönen Ort Angelegenheiten zu erörtern, die für unsere Industrie wichtig sind, und den 58. ARGE Kongress durchzuführen.

Vielleicht trägt die kristallklare Luft von Interlaken zu einer einheitlichen Qualität der Gedanken und Taten der hier anwesenden Teilnehmer bei.

Mein letztjähriger Willkommensgruss anlässlich des Kongresses in Prag hat meine Betrachtungen der Kreditbeschränkungen und ihrer Wirkung auf die Baubranche im 2009 gehabt. Der diesjährige Willkommensgruss wird früh im 2010 geschrieben, wenn wir alle die grünen Knospen des Frühjahrs erwarten.

Sehen wir zur gleichen Zeit die grünen Knospen von einer Erholung in der Baubranche? Vielleicht tun wir es, aber die Prosperität unserer Branche variiert jeweils von ARGE Mitglied zum anderen.

Ich hoffe, dass die diesjährige Konferenz in Interlaken allen demonstrieren wird, dass die Initiativen, die ARGE genommen hat und weiterhin beabsichtigt, während der kommenden Jahre zu nehmen, die Position unserer Mitglieder in ihrem Marktplatz stärken wird.

Die Gelegenheit, Freunde sowohl innerhalb der offiziellen Besprechungen als auch an den informellen und gesellschaftlichen Anlässen zu treffen, ist ein wichtiger Teil der Konferenz. Das Programm der Konferenz, das dieses Jahr erstellt wurde, liefert jede Chance, diese Gelegenheit zu maximieren.

dear Colleagues

ARGE is very lucky that our general secretary, Alfred Scheurer, has adopted Interlaken as his hometown. We are indeed fortunate to be in a position to be able to view such wonderfully scenery when we gather in Interlaken to discuss issues which are important for our industry and to celebrate the 58th ARGE Congress.

Perhaps the crystal clear air of Interlaken’s higher altitude will help lead to an equal quality of thought for the people present.

My last welcome to the Congress in Prague in 2009 had to take note of the credit squeeze and its effect on the building industry. This welcome is being written early in 2010 at a time of the year when we all look for the green shoots of spring.

So do we see at the same time the green shoots of recovery in the building industry?

Maybe we do, but is slow going and varies in strength from ARGE country to country.

I hope that the Interlaken Conference will demonstrate to everyone present that the initiatives ARGE has taken, and plans to take, during the coming year, will strengthen the position of our members in their marketplace.

The opportunity to meet people both within the formal meeting and at the different informal and social events is an important part of the Conference. The arrangements that have been made this year provide every chance of maximising on this opportunity.

ARGE est heureux que son secrétaire général, Alfred Scheurer a adopté la région d’Interlaken comme son domicile. Nous sommes en effet heureux pour être dans une position pour pouvoir visiter un tel extraordinaire paysage pour discuter des problèmes qui sont importantes pour notre industrie et pour célébrer le 58ème Congrès de l’ARGE.

Peutêtre l’air cristal clair de l’altitude d’Interlaken aidera à mener à une qualité égale de la pensée pour le présent des participants.

Ma dernière bienvenue au Congrès à Prague en 2009 à eu la note de la prise du crédit et son effet sur l’industrie de l’immeuble. Cette lettre de bienvenue est écrite tôt en 2010 quand nous sommes à la recherche du vert du printemps.

Alors voyons nous en même temps les progrès vert de la reprise dans l’industrie du bâtiment?

J’espère que la Conférence d’Interlaken prouvera à chaqu’un présent que les initiatives qu’ARGE a prise, et les plans en ce qui concernent le future, consolideront la position de nos membres dans leur marché.

L’occasion de rencontrer des amis à la fois dans la réunion formelle et aux événements informels et sociaux différents fait partie importante de la Conférence. Les arrangements qui ont été faits cette année fournissent chaque chance pour l’agrandissement de cette possibilité.
